Lace up. Helmets on. Mental Health in Motion is back and we're bringing the experience to Ray Twinney Recreation Complex on Sunday, June 12, 2022 while continuing to offer virtual options! Run, walk or cycle in support of youth mental health. We have routes and options for all skills levels and ages. Get your friends and family together and let's go!
