I am passionate about People, Music, and All-Things-Homes, as well as extremely experienced, making me one of the most well-rounded and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents that are in Southern Ontario. I previously focused on Residential Renovations for 20+ years, while also performing Certified Home Inspections. I love to learn as much about a field I am involved in as possible. Now, being an experienced Realtor allows me to continue to be within the "industry", continue to meet new people and create new relationships, continue to help people achieve their dreams, and continue to make people smile...the most important!!  When Selling your home, I personally help with the updates, tidying, cleaning, staging, etc, and these also are sometimes INCLUDED in my commission!  Wow!  When Buying a home, you can trust that not only will I be able to help you gain the best deal, but my experience in renovations and home inspections gives you the upper hand during negotiations, as well as budgeting conversations with real numbers and situations.
