Yamato Yoshioka is the founder of a boutique leadership practice that partners with executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs as a strategic advisor, consultant, and coach. This workshop is designed for doing leadership work, not passive learning. Bring real world leadership challenges; conversations you have been avoiding, policies you haven’t set, or decisions you have been putting off. You won’t just learn what drives effective leadership, you will step into your own leadership. As a leader in your business, you will walk away with one clear move to execute. You’re welcome to bring your own lunch or drinks. 11:30am-1pm in the Chamber's office boardroom.
